Glass Animals - How To Be A Human Being Reviewed

2016 has seen the release of the fresh new album, ‘How To Be A Human Being’, from Glass Animals – comprising of a tasteful blend of alternative RnB, indie rock and indietronica influencing sounds resulting in something very sweet from the four-piece British based band. Since being signed to Wolf Tone records in 2013 Glass Animals have effortlessly combined multiple musical genres together in a bid to introduce something really special to the British music scene which can only be described as a success.

After the release of their spectacular debut album ‘Zaba’ in 2014, including gems such as ‘Gooey’ and ‘Black Mambo’ showcasing this four-pieces strive for originality - delicately executed, ‘Zaba’ is, in my opinion, up there with the most flawless albums available within the current music scene. This four-piece fail to disappoint in every aspect, after witnessing them at Leeds Festival 2015 it only made me more eager for new music and a year on they’ve gifted fans with this beauty of an album.

‘Season 2 Episode 3’ is 4 minutes of blissful new music taken from this seamless new album whilst following the trend of Glass Animals previous sound - this track alongside ‘Youth’ launches the theme for ‘How To Be A Human Being’ in the cool style Glass Animals encompass within their music.

‘How To Be a Human Being’ is laced with class compressing 11 tight tracks into one album, overall making my August 2016 a whole lot better.
